Cancellation and No-Show policy
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment online at least 24 hrs in advance by visiting the secure Client Area in your appointment confirmation email (Access Code will be emailed to you automatically).
We understand that life happens and, depending on the circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hrs notice.
If it is less than 24 hrs before appointment start, requests to cancel or reschedule appointments should be done calling our clinic at 425-655-0700 or emailing us at [email protected]
We do not double-book or stack appointments as our clients deserve undivided attention and adequate time during the visit. When someone cancels with little or no notice or simply does not show up for their appointment, that time is wasted and there is no one to fill the empty slot.
Therefore, we implemented the following policy regarding last-minute cancellations and no-shows:
- Late cancellation is defined as cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hrs notice.
- If you arrive more than 15 min late for 30 min appointment or more than 30 min late for 90 min appointment, you may be considered “No-Show”.
- 50% (fifty percent) of the visit price will be charged to your card in case of missed appointments (no-shows), late cancellations, or late arrivals.
The clients are financially liable for charges incurred for late cancellations, late arrivals, or missed appointments as these are not covered by either private or government insurances.
